Thread: CEVO Problems.

I am seriously getting pissed off. And I don't care who thinks I am being biased or otherwards unfair. I just don't fucking care.

I paid to register this team, I asked before letting you guys join the team if you could make practices and matches. I even paid for some of your memberships...

We had to forfeit last weeks match because no one showed up for the match.

Once again tonight, it's 15 minutes before we have to log in to the client and start connecting to the server, and I am the only mother fucker in vent.

Dan's comment says "nap" so I am assuming he's sleeping. ParaDox is with me at my house and was warming up but I told him not to bother because no one else is on. Santo was in vent earlier but his status was AFK, and now he's no longer in vent. Pine marten is no where to be seen and neither is our back up.

Frankly this is fucking bullshit, and it's no wonder we lost pre-season and can't put a single strat together.

I am not immune in this, I myself, missed a couple practices, but at least I had the decency to explain myself, or to at least put a note in my comment, or tell someone on the team before I left.

I simply asked for a heads up, if you couldn't make practice or a match, to let us know ahead of time so we could let our backups know, or figure out a game plan, yet, no one has done this... And we're starting CEVO off to a very, VERY shitty start.

I am making it mandatory that you must be on vent, and in the channel a MINIMUM of 1 hour before the match begins, so we can discuss a game plan, and god forbid maybe get in a warm-up. This is fucking retarded, and ridiculous. This is not what I expect from people in a Pay To Play league, but I guess it doesn't fucking matter when it's not your money right?

If you can't handle showing up for practice or matches, with a simple explanation as to why not, or if you can't handle giving us a heads up, or if you don't actually want to play, then at least have the balls to tell me, so I can find someone to replace you. Have some decency for fuck sakes.

Seriously, enough is enough. I don't care, nor do I want to hear your excuses, especially "Well I only saw 1 or 2 of the guys on so I figured we weren't gonna practice / play" You don't need 5 people on to practice, nor do you need 5 people on to build team work. Sometimes playing side by side or 1v1 you can learn more about a team mate than you would whilst playing with all 5. So shut your mouth, and perform. I don't wanna hear any bullshit excuses.

Consider this your warning. If you don't show up on time for our next match, consider yourself cut.
