Thread: steamid Contact info Added to usercp

Members may now add their steam contact info to the forums in the format as shown and brings up a popup menu to add to friends list or view community page

Users can enter their steam id in the following forms:

• steam id: STEAM_0:X:XXXX
• http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656119XXXXXXXXXX (profile page url)
• steam community id: 7656119XXXXXXXXXX
