    I could get it up to 3.25 ghz But i'm running it on a pretty weak cooler i wanna invest in a better cooler or new cpu either one is good.. =)

    I can get a little over 3 with my dual-core 55200 using an OS app (which is not smart at all), my card also has a OC utility but i haven't used it since I got win7. Plus I really have no need to OC since I don't have a water cooling system or a quad core with a badass game.
