Okay, so the meeting happened but what was decided?

Is he in? We can give him Admin in vent and in the servers, but I'm not sure that's what he's after, he may want to change the direction / couple procedures of cG, but we'll all have to sit down and talk with him about it first...

So when can we do that?

Otherwise, I can have the conversation with him and either record it in vent and upload the conversation so you guys can listen to it, or we can do it via chat and I can post the chat logs on here for you guys to read...

Whats your guys' opinion?

Yes phayze he is in and can have admin in vent and the servers I think there are also some things that need changing and that we need to sit down as a group and discuss. There are many issues that have been brought up before and never finished that need to be finished to help the community out more.

I've tried plenty of times to get ahold of Elapse but to no avail, I think he may be dealing with some RL stuff so I believe we should give him some time, but I was wondering how much time you guys thought would be enough?

Or should we follow what was outlined in my Code of Conduct?

Well i think we should go with the code of conduct seeing as how it would be a different matter as if he at least said something. I also think we need to get that code of contact up in a public area on the forums if it isn't yet. As i haven't heard from the guy like after i talked to him. Another thing that needs to be discussed is that we need funds as if we cant pay for the server this month next month we wont have one. I already tried to talk to dean about this but he hasn't responded and its a serious issue.
