Today at 3pm a user named Poop joined my channel while I was talking to other people and asked if I'd like it for him to introduce himself. He then began to bind spam me relentlessly so I banned him with the reason given "Don't be a douche" and instantly he was unbanned, I'm guessing by Dubskies because they both joined the channel and they both started spamming me. So I banned both of them, deleted Dubskies Admin and locked his account.

He also spammed the shit outta Gig who can contest to this. It was an unprovoked attack and really goes to show the maturity of some people.

If I'm not mistaken, this whole incident was probably brought on by myself and other admins trying to get these random users to sign up on the forums.

Deano, I sent you a private chat with the message I was sending to people, I do not see my message as aggressive or overly discerning so I'm not sure why these people have re-acted the way they did.

2 minutes after this incident, and now someone is rage spamming vent. Luckily for us, and I hope Dubskies reads this, our channels are muted and don't allow sounds / tts binds, so their futile attempt at spamming our vent is in reality, QUITE FUCKING FUNNY LOL.

Biggest fail thus far.

I really hope he decides to grow up.

Also, because this is becoming a regular problem, I was wondering if there was a way us regular admins were able to stop these spammers / bots when people do decide to rage us. Is there a way to block in coming connections or do we just ride out the storm until the retards figure out it's not that big of an inconvienence and they are just wasting their time.

I've also PM'd this to Deano, incase it magically get's erased, I'm not sure who all has forum admin etc.

Uh, I agree. Server overloads are fun when you're in class or at home doing it, but I'd like to unwind when I come back from class and work to have a non-chalant environment where I could lay back, crack open a tall one, and play with myself to the happy uninterrupted voices of the compulsive community, while choking myself with my own briefs. It is rather annoying to be interrupted in mid climax.

I wasn't raging lol, I was having a fucking blast, I got him so angry he had nothing new to come back with, so he kept repeating himself like a moron, it was very entertaining.

Granted it was a little immature on my part to play into his stupidity, it was still funnier than hell.

wow, well I can't say that I'm not surprised he has done it before I caught him doing it. I told not to ever do it again and he went and did it anyways. well we can leave him banned he doesn't contribute to the community other than using vent and only sealed my suspicions of his commitment to our community which is only negative. he hasn't logged into the website in god knows how long he probably doesnt even remember his password. and hasn't messaged me at all in respionse to it so I can safely assess his lack of caring about the community. Wish it didn't come to the American/Canadian thing though on both ends.

It's quite funny thinking about it is that Yesterday I was contemplating just banning him for shear thoughts of the only thing he ever contributed to the community was spamming under another name and using vent with his own friends in games no one else plays. I don't even think he's ever come into a channel that I was in with other people. I had only gone to his channels.
He used to be fun to play with, not anyore.
