Hey, this is a private conversation not to leave the Admin section of the forums, it's a conversation I had with Andrew (Himsa) The leader / founder of Revolution Effect Gaming, they are much like us, a professional gaming community that focuses most of their efforts on Competition.

Phayze . ai: Okay well, I joined [rE] because I wanted to do something with css, I met mexi (mike) during a scrim on my old team and my old team was just the worst fucking people alive, both in personality and talent... We ended up rolling Mikes team like 16-2, but he never once said anything, nor did his team mates, even though the retards on my team were talkin shit your guys kept their shit together, that really appealed to me, because I'm too old for that kinda shit. I just wanna play and have a good time.
Phayze . ai: With that being said, I wanted to tell you, I also help run a gaming community, it has over 300+ people in the steam group, but not very many active people since we dropped css and what not. We have a professional website, forums, we have a 50slot vent, we use to host servers because we were paying like 200+ a month for a dedicated box,

Long story short, We have finances as do you guys, we have a website and forums which you guys could benefit from, and also I think our name is pretty solid. It's "Compulsive Gaming" And we even have our own "motto"

Phayze . ai: You guys have the active members that we need to help grow as a community, and both communties share interests in the same games at the moment

Phayze . ai: What I prapose is this ---
Phayze . ai: Merge with our gaming community, I don't see an issue giving you and your higher ups the same level of access that you have with your community, ie - I don't see it being a problem to give you and your members admin on the servers, vent, forums etc etc.
Phayze . ai: If they do come out with competitive leagues for these 2 games, you could use rE as team names, or if you talk with the founder of my community, maybe we can come up with some compromise to use both names?

Phayze . ai: Well, that's some logistics you'd need to discuss with the sponsors is it not? Compulsive gaming has been around for 7+ years now, we conduct ourselves in the same fashion as you guys do, professional and mature. The Code of Conduct I wrote for the forums that I showed you a while back, is very similar to our code of conduct.

As I said, if you were to talk to your people about doing a merger I think we could work something out where all your current admins get the same admin rights on our end, you could be one of the head officials etc.

Phayze . ai: As of right now, we have about 150+ active in the steam group, but with the recent drop of Css and Black ops we're hurtin, I'm not gonna lie. Right now we have about 10-15 guys who are on vent frequently but thats about it.
Phayze . ai: Hence why I'd love to merge, we bring the website/forums/hosting, you bring over some man power and we start thriving.

Phayze . ai: Compulsive started out as a cal team went main and played about 3-5 seasons of main if I remember correctly, then it grew into a community and we set up a couple competitive teams for source we did cevo for 2 seasons, made it out of open but then the teams fell apart

rE. Priest360✟: This is what Revolution Effect brings to the table. rE has been around for 10 years with competition every year. We very vast competition experience and about 20 active and if we opened recruiting we would have about 50 in several days. Sponsors are coming up and as me (Himsa) have led every team since 2001 into competition and come out strong. My coleaders have done he same. We run BF3 and MW3 already scrimmed and dominated in both. We are bringing nothing but pure competition to Compulsive if we come over. Sorry taking so long my movie is getting good lol

Phayze . ai: you know what, that would suit us just fine. Most of our members are 20+ years old, have kids, jobs etc etc, so our current status is Casual, I was hoping to hop into compettive gaming for bf3 once it starts, but as for positions

I don't see it being a problem giving you leadership position and you could take on running the entire compeition department, I don't think anyone would have issues with that. Just from talking to you and mike when I was on the css team, you guys seem to have your shit in order, so I don't think you'd get any "flak" from us
Phayze . ai: AS for your admins/subordinates, as a leader of cG you can put them where you want, and give them any responsiblites / admin you want
